Order Change Policy

We can only change orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make modifications. However, you may still return your order for a refund once it arrives.

If you'd like to return a Grillbot for a refund, you need to do so within 60 days from the delivery date.

Please note that we charge a $15 restocking fee. This helps cover the costs associated with processing returns and restocking the item.

All returned merchandise must include all original packaging and accessories.

If one or more brushes on your Grillbot have stopped spinning, this is likely due to a broken motor. Fortunately, replacing the motor is quick and easy.

You can order a replacement motor HERE. All of our motors are plug-and-play, meaning no complicated wiring is required.

How to Replace a Broken Motor

Follow these simple steps to replace your motor:

  1. Remove the brush and quick release adaptor first.
  2. Open the lid using a 3mm Allen wrench.
  3. Remove the two screws to take out the old motor.
  4. Insert the new motor and gently plug it into the PCB board. It will only fit one way, so DO NOT FORCE it.
